Blockchain governance in the public sector: A conceptual framework for public management

A key challenge behind the adoption of blockchain in public sector is understanding dynamics governance. Based on a systematic literature review, this article analyzes different approaches to governance across disciplines and develops comprehensive conceptual framework for study decisions sector. The clusters nine types (infrastructure architecture, application interoperability, decision-making mechanism, incentive consensus organization governance, accountability control governance) into three levels analysis (micro, meso, macro-levels).
